Woolworths do one called Miracle Dry-Foam. It's £9.99 (which is quite a lot for a plastic frame and two sponge rollers).

That said, it's quite effective at removing stains. A small bottle of shampoo is included, but I've found that any carpet shampoo will work just as well in its place.

It doesn't wet the carpet too much, which is another advantage.
