Removable cover for dining room chair cushions

Does anyone know if such a thing exists? I'm sick of the kids wrecking mine. It seems a shame to have to keep replacing the cushions which never seem to wash well. Any ideas where I can buy a few pairs of tie on cushion covers instead?

Just bumping this for you but have you had a look at Dunelm? They have lots of seat pads that tie-on and some of them look to have removable covers. Otherwise good old John Lewis maybe?
