No reply from Inasoapnutshell website

I sent off for a free sample of soap nuts mid June and have not heard anything from them despite chasing them via email and a phonecall. Anyone done business with them lately?

I sent them a question a while ago asking them if they would deliver to a BFPO address and your thread has just reminded me that they didn't reply!!

Well, it's now a few years since the last posts but seems that inanutshell has not got any better. I have emailed them twice and left phone messages twice regarding my order with no reply or acknowledgement. I will not use them again and will find another supplier as this is just plain rude and unprofessional.
