Had a great weekend We're all a bit groggy and tired this morning after two very late nights so I'm hoping for an easy day.
The house is in a terrible state so I need to have a really good blitz this week. Mondays are always difficult cos we're out all day so other than getting a load of washing in the wm I doubt I'll do much more.

I love kitchen week as it is one area that I keep on top of. Mission not needed as I maintain the hob well

back after trip to parents and busy week at work. Also decided to move (in rented house at mo) so spent the weekend cleaning like crazy in case landord wants to bring people round. So list quite short!

No mission here either. It was on yesterdays list, and got done.

I don't have hairspray, but will try baby oil first and if that doesn't work borrow some. I have also discovered nail varnish on their floor

I was supposed to go to the bank but came straight home. DS has a temp and wouldn't take my friends paracetamol (spat out the non-calpol flavour).

Good afternoon all have just got back from town and had lunch.

My done list today:

Kids washed, dressed and in school
bathrooms cleaned
almost all of the four kids school uniforms bought, just need 1 set of school shirts, 2 pairs of trousers and the school shoes
been to the post office
been to the bank

To do list:

wash the breakfast dishes

general tidy up
put away the 2 baskets of ironing that I did last night
pick up the kids from school
cook tea
take DDs back to school for their performance in "Joseph" tonight, they have been rehearsing since after Christmas and today is their first shows and they are really excited, we are off to see them on Thursday afternoon and I can't wait.

Once the room is tidy it is much more obvious that the whole house needs decorating, the walls are dirty, the paintwork is grubby, the carpets are filthy. The list goes on.

I'm hoping I can keep on top of the general stuff for a bit, and start on some of the other things.
