Which are the best reed diffusers?

I’m fed up of buying reed diffusers that stop smelling after a few days or don’t really smell at all. We are staying in a holiday cottage and there are two great smelling ones but I can’t work out where they are from. One scent is English pear and freesia and has the name Florence written on the front.
I can’t justify the Jo Malone ones due to price so are there any mid range ones that are good?

I've tried a few cheaper versions but not a patch on JM

Tried White Co

Espa

Amongst others

Wouldn't bother

English pair and Fresia is JM

Could it have been engraved?

This is the “Florence” diffuser that I am looking for. Does anyone know where I can buy this please?

Jo malone are amazing but I picked one from next up in the sale and it’s incredible!!! A friend of mine swears by them... the smell fills my whole bedroom. Really reasonable at full price too

Even though Jo Malone seem expensive they last for about 6months. I paid £20 for a different brand and it was gone within a month.

My favourite Jo Malone is Lime and Basil. I like the Molton Brown ones too.

I actually find the Aldi ones very good. They are dupes of JM. I have a big living room and they fill the room. I've never had a real JM one though so can't compare.

The Aldi candles aren't great though.

Thanks everyone! I’ve bought the Aldi ones and Next ones (2 of each) so I can see how long they last. They do smell nice.

I love a Scottish brand called McKelvies - one called Erisksy Love is divine.

I have swapped my JM for the Aldi ones as they are a fraction of the price and the scents are lovely. Plus, they fill the room and last for ages.

Stoneglow is the only one I've found that lasts. Still going a year later! Just ordered a refill. Had an Oliver Bonas one too but it was rubbish.

My neighbour has a Next one, it smells so nice.
Neom are good too.
Price ones smell really strong but don’t last that long.
Had a Stoneglow but wasn’t impressed with it.
John Lewis always have a good display selection to smell.

Next! Was gifted one on 22nd June by a year 11 leaver... still smells as strong now.
It's situated in the sitting room, on the window sill - you can smell it from the top of the stairs as you come down in the morning.
Lovely.

Espa

They're £35 but every single one I've ever had has lasted around 10 months!

I like the Aldi JM Lime Basil & Mandarin, the massive cost saving makes the shorter life reasonable.

In areas that I want a fresh smell but not a perfumy smell, I have Price’s Open Window reed diffusers.

Thanks everyone. The Aldi one is really nice (No 4) and it’s quite strong which is great.
