Gas bill

Hey sorry not sure if im posting this under right category but wondering if anyone else's gas and electric seemed to have gone up?
We have smart meters, usually spend £10 a week sometimes £15 on colder days.
This week we use less heating than usual coz not as cold and about same amount of emectric as usually yet we already went through £30 worth of gas and over £30 worth of electric (we top up once a month electric right at the end of month always £35 as we usually have few quid leftover at the end of month)
I don't know how we suddenly pay more? wondering if anyone else experienced it
