Nice inexpensive plain white bedding - where??

I bought some duvet and pillow warehouse/ soak and sleep one day not that long ago. They've always been a bit crap and have now worn through! I'm done with spending £££ on bedding if it doesn't last.

Where can I get nice plain white bedding? Without spending £££

Tkmaxx have really good quality bedlinen for very reasonable prices and usually plenty of white sets and sheets.

Agree that sainsbury have lovely 400 thread count white sets. Very good quality and often with a third off.

Soak and sleep. Or anywhere that sells higher than 300tc Egyptian cotton? To maxx are great for designer bedding, I love KAS but I haven't seen them do anything plain white.

Another vote for George at Asda. Absolutely amazing quality for the price.

Amazon, they have a huge range from dirt cheap to very expensive. Mine is relatively cheap and great quality, just check it’s cotton and the thread count etc, I have all white bedding on all the beds and it’s brilliant because if one bit wears out you can just buy replacements.

Another vote for Amazon! I’ve got a set of pretty 300 count Egyptian cotton linen for my SIL for Xmas. About £20/25.

I commented to DH the other day that our white bedding from George at Asda was now 6 years old, bought when we first moved in togther. It’s beautifully soft. DS has two sets of bedding from Asda too which are also very good.

Primark had some surprisingly nice white bedding when I wandered through the other day. They also do lovely quirky prints for kids that are not too banish.

I've got primark for my dds beds. I couldn't find anything 'grown up' enough for my bed though. They had a lot of pretty stuff that was a good price, £8 for singles, £10-£12 for doubles.
I've been washing and using ours for around 4 months now (one dd a prolific bedwetter) and they still look great.

I got a Sainsbury's set and a soak and sleep set within a fortnight of each other - Sainsbury's has lasted so much better.

I used my nectar double-up points for it to make it even better value.
