Removing dried on egg from glass

Can anyone recommend a magic cleaning product to remove egg from glass?

There was an incident (that was funny at the time) that resulted in raw egg being splashed all over the glass table outside.

It's now dried on and won't come off...

We've tried hot water and fairy liquid, Astonish white vinegar, kitchen cleaner, bathroom cleaner, creme cleaner...you get the picture

Nothing removes the stain, you can scratch it but it's quite a large patch and I don't want to scratch the table.

So, anyone have any magic recommendations?

Thanks!

Biological washing powder.. Will break down the proteins.

Well I'd use a paint scraper. Flat....just push it along the mark.

Hot water sets proteins.

You need cold water, can you soak a tea towel and put it on top of the stain for a while.

It should wipe off after that.

Neat car shampoo. Cover the egg and let it soak. Then use a plastic icescraper and cold water.
My sister had to clean dried on egg off her car yesterday and this took it right off

Full sugar coke works brilliantly. I used it to get egg off a car windscreen after some kids had been throwing eggs into a car park and also to get egg off a window that was hilariously egged (not) just before Halloween.
