Hi, I was just wondering if people could help? I am hoping to employ a cleaner for a couple of hours a week. What is the average cost per hour? I am in Northampton (East Midlands).
Many thanks in advance for your help 😀.

Thank you, £11.50 through an agency sounds reasonable.
I have been offered £12.95 direct with a cleaner.

We're in Nottinghamshire - cleaners are £25
Per trip, not sure how long it takes and don't care as often 2-3 come (a small business) and blitz then go

£20 per hour. She is amazing, zooms around our 3 bed house in 1.5 hours (so costs us £30 a week), totally reliable, and supplies all her own cleaning products. I think you have to take into account how good a job they do, what else is included and how fast they work when comparing prices rather than just looking at the hourly rate. Our old cleaner charged £10 per hour but took 2 hours (so we were paying £20 a week) wasn't as good, was quite unreliable with last-minute cancellations, and we had to buy all our own cleaning products. You may find that some who seem to charge more actually don't cost much more in the long run.

Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for a domestic cleaner in the South Leicestershire area...any recommendations? I've never had a cleaner before and am a little nervous to find a reliable trustworthy cleaner. Many thanks in advanced.
