Can I save my misshapen top?

Please tell me there's a quick fix.
I've accidentally machine washed a hand wash top. Top is cotton at the back and chiffon front.
It's now completely squint, longer at one side than the other and just out of shape. I tried soaking in water to reshape but still can't reshape.
Is there any hope?
