Sweat smell in silk top [blush]

Wore a silk top to work this week. It was hot.
Have washed top as normal in special non bio silk/wool detergent (Persil brand) but it still has retained the sweat smell.
Appreciate I need to get a better anti perspirant (had big meeting and think was as much nervous sweat as hot sweat) but... what can I do to get the smell out?

White vinegar is good for removing smells from fabrics. Wash again, and put vinegar in the fabric softener dispenser.

Use an oxy spray stain remover. There are branded versions but i find supermarkets own versions work just as well.

Thank you both! Will try these out - and report back 😉. Appreciate your replies.
