Shoe storage

Does anyone have any ideas how best to manage shoe storage in the hallway? The only space available is in front of a radiator which currently has a cover (falling apart and needs replacing or an alternative).

Now that we don't have a buggy in the hall way - hurrah! - we would like to sort out how we can tidy away our shoes which we currently kick off and leave in front of the radiator cover. I have seen so much storage but nothing seems suitable for putting in front of a radiator.

We have one of those shoe cupboards from IKEA now but before that we had a wardrobe rail going across on the ceiling and hanging shoe storage (the sort you have in wardrobes) so the kids shoes went in the bottom part so they could reach and ours higher up.

I have a table with wicker baskets under it.
