Crazed menopausal armpit - help please

Since menopause I have become a bit sweatier but not too bad. However, my left armpit now produces really strong smelling sweat within a couple of hours after showering. Not nice so I am trying to keep fresh but have now stained my work shirts with deodorant and can't get it out. Shirts are brown cotton/poly mix.

Any tips please? Plus having a crazed menopausal armpit was not mentioned in my HRT leaflet .

Can't help with the shirt stains but driclor for the armpit! Stings a bit when you put it on, but works really well for excessive sweating.

Have got some hard soap so going to try scrubbing and see what happens.
