Have you cleaned out the drawer and the bit it fits into? Have you cleaned out the filter and run a hot wash with no detergent? Do you use powder or liquid? Powder keeps the drum cleaner.

I had that problem. Was horrible. I bought a dettol washing machine cleaner and touch wood, it seems to have done the trick.

Cup or two of soda crystals in the drum and the drawer.
Cup of white vinegar in the softener bit.
Longest, hottest wash and repeat till smelling gorgeous!
No more liquid or capsule detergent.
Bio powder only
Min temp 40 *
Repeat every month or so

Dont close the door straight after your finished with it, leave it a few hours if you can to sort of dry out. I used to have a really stinky machine until I did this

Do a few hot washes with soda crystals
Clean drawer
Use biological powder regularly (not liquid)
If possible stop using liquid or capsules
Do a hot maintenance wash regularly
Leave drawer and door open to dry after use
