Hi all,

I am reading The Life Changing magic of tidying by Marie Kondo and I am embarrassed to say that I am totally baffled at her explanation on how to fold clothes/tights/socks.
Does anyone have a easy peasy/ idiots guide way to describe this to me? I'm sorry for sounding so dim Confused

The folding methods are all on You Tube.

I discovered this miraculous folding thing after reading a thread about wardrobe space on MN last week. Someone posted the You Tube link.

I spent the weekend re-doing all the drawers.

If I keep waffling, someone might come and answer...

I fold my socks completely inside themselves like a ball, so my drawer is full of little sock bullets.
Pants are folded into a playing card size and stacked on edge, so I can see colour and take out a pair without messing up the others.
Can't imagine folding tights...

Not sure what Marie suggests for tights, but I fold tights in half, then roll up into a ball and lay flat in drawers. Have found this easiest to see the different colours and makes it easy to grab them without them getting tangled up in other pairs.

I love the tshirt way she does. I used to do it for my nanny children and they loved seeing all their tshirts and tops when opening their drawers! I don't have drawers myself, but would do it if I did!
