Anti fungal for washing

DH is trying to clear health issues with recurring thrush & fungal foot infection. He's made diet changes recommended by a nutritionist & on prescription cream. Nutritionist raised point which we hadn't thought of that he could be reinfecting himself through clothes & towels. I've just put our bedding through a 60 wash but not sure the elastic in his boxers and socks will stand up to such a hot wash. Does anyone know of anything I can use in the machine which will kill fungus? Do Dettol or Napisan work?

Perhaps Dettol's Laundry cleanser may do the trick; worth checking it out.
Good thinking from your Nutritionist

I agree with openmindedmonkey try Dettol laundry cleaner, that might help you out.

Thanks, will give Dettol a try. Got to be better than the other suggestion I read which was ironing everything. Ironing socks and pants is a step too far!

Get him to take a diflucan tablet, that will solve it .

60 isn't a hot wash. His stuff will be fine.

We wash all undies, towels and bedding on 60 wash
