Got one for Christmas and all abit beware to me. Any top tips for use gratefully received.
Can I only use each pod once?Best place to buy the pods?I'm a bit of a coffee peasant so anyone recommend a normal day to day pod please?
Thanks in advance.

Had 3 Tassimo's over the years (only replaced due to upgrading each time). I love them, and LOVE my current one.

Pods - yes you can only use each pod once (if used x2 - one, it will be piss weak, two it will most proabably leak water/coffee - as the piercing of the pod is very specific and if not aligned properly on the second go - leaks occur).

Before you use for the first time, you will need to "clean" the machine - you should have a yellow or orange T-Disc, put this in the pod compartment and run it x4 times.

There are hundreds of tassimo drink flavours available, my fave one at the moment is Costa Latte, then Monin Cinnamon Syrup squirted in - it is as close as you will ever get to a Costa at home.

Merry christmas and enjoy

Sorry just seen your question for day to day - it will hugely depend on what instant type coffees you like but here are some which you may like

  • Morning Cafe
  • Kenco Smooth

Here are some drink ranges on the website - {{https://www.tassimo.co.uk/drinks-range/c-117/ HERE]]

However, they sell them everywhere.

Also, don't forget to register your machine on the Tassimo website, as you will get x2 £10 vouchers to buy drinks from website (minimum order £25 ~(£35 for free delivery) but you get £10 off first 2 orders).

You can buy hot water discs which dispense various amounts of hot water at a moment's notice, from a tea cup to a jug full. Really handy for herbal tea.

Great thanks all!
Will register on tassimo website as now found that bit of paper and just found the cleaning disc so will do that now.
WI'll get the morning coffee pods as suggested I think and look into the water pods for sure.
Agree,it's very baffling to start with😑

Depends enitrely on the drink (pod) some are meant to be small (eg espresso) then there is standard measure (about 150-200ml) then XL variants (generally 200-250mls).

It will give an indicator on the box to say what size drink it is (so you choose the correct cup more than anything Grin).
