Paying for a one off deep clean

I'm looking to pay someone to come in and do cupboards, fridge,cooker, skirting boards Windows and all the things that don't get done daily/weekly in this house.
I know I can't afford a weekly/fortnightly clean so thought a one off will help me keep on top of it all.

Anyone know how much extra I would be looking at paying if the usual regular rate is about £12 per hour? I called 2 companies 1 is too busy and the other hasn't turned up to price up so I'll be back on the phone this morning trying new companies.

What about a cleaner once a month to do these jobs, what's the hourly charge in your area??
