Well, something has definitely bleached it - might have been something like lemon juice.

I've had similar - solution was to dye it black with Dylon in wm.

Wracked my brains trying to think how it could have got bleach on in the bedroom.

Remembered DH was spraying and wiping anti-mould cillitbang on the ceiling and top of the wall yesterday. Reckon it's that 😕

Looks like bleach to me as well. I know you said you tried washing it already but try washing it again with this bleach remover this should hopefully get rid of the stain!

That stuff will bleach it more! Bleach has removed colour so it will not wash out. You would need to add colour to improve the appearance.

Noooo, that isn't bleach remover, it's a bleach based stain remover, it's just bleach the fabric more! You can't remove a bleach mark, because the mark is where the each has faded the dye which gave the original colour, so the old colour is just not there to get back to. As other posters have said, u could dye the whole thing, or colour in the marks with fabric pen.

Ah, I've binned it, luckily it was only cheap and I can probably replace next summer.

You could stick the whole dress in a bucket ofbleach, if u fancied a pinky- white sort of dress ;-)?

Bleach. In my experience clothes that have had bleach spilt on them always go this funny pink colour.

I've successfully dyed things that have got splashed with bleach. Costs about a fiver.
