Hi, I was due my child benefit 3 weeks ago, it wasn't in my account so i contacted CB who said they would look into it and I would have the money in 21 days, it is 21 days today and I still haven't been paid, there is no reason that this would be stopped, now they are saying I have to wait upo to 7 days for phonecall from head office...by then, my next payment will be due, which obviously I won't get as somewhere along the line there has been a mix up in the system. Has anyone else had this? what can i do?
