I use dr beckmanns Glowhite sachets or Ace bleach for whites from the pound shop and line dry as much as possible

I always put half a scoop of Vanish in with my whites

Line dry them, the sun bleaches them, even on dull days.

that's manstink....dh ruins my best bedding.

other than that...60 wash, occassional 90, and bio powder.. LIne dry on a sunny day if possible

I also try to use a top sheet to save the duvet cover a bit.

Throw in a sachet glowhite with your washing and that will keep your bedding white and stain free.

I only have white bedding on mine and DHs bed and I put it on a hot wash, and wash about every 10 days. Line dry. And I don't put any other washing in with it.

I've just been trying to solve the same problem! This worked: soak briefly in diluted vinegar, then wash on a boil wash with oxygen bleach (like Vanish).

Wash whites separately on 60 degrees with a good bio or non bio powder - not a liquid or colour protect detergent. Use a full cottons cycle, not quick wash. Add a scoop of Astonish oxy bleach for an extra boost.
