Just posted this in chat but figured here is probably better as you guys must know what I mean:

What's the name of that method (only heard of it on MN) to help sort out your life/house/head whatever?
It's completely gone from my head and driving me mad!

I think pre-back to school madness is making me want to sort my life out. Yes I know, uniforms will be ironed and lovely and school bags organised for the first couple of weeks...and then it will all go downhill.
