Can't remove years of stain from vinyl floor.

I live in rented accommodation, and over time the vinyl flooring (I think that's what it is), has become yellowish, it's all around the seat. I have tried scrubbing the hell out of it but to no avail. Any tips.

Probably time to replace it or just live with it. If the vinyl has been glued, the glue can yellow over time and show through the vinyl.

For how much it costs, I'd just replace it.
