What do you use your KitchenAid for?

Bread
Rolls
Pitta bread
Tortilla wraps
Cakes
Mashed potato

Cookies and cakes, mostly baking. DH uses the dough hook for bread. Wish I had the ice cream maker attachments and some of the pasta making bits, but they are pricy!

Bombay, I just Googled for how to make mashed potatoes - the method I use used both the flat beater and the wire whisk. I'm sure there must be a simpler method though!

Space - chiffon cakes are mainly made from whipped eggs whites with a little flour/sugar/oil/egg yolks folded in. Very, very light. Mainly found in Japanese or Chinese bakeries.

Pastry - especially the sweet shortbread one in the KitchenAid book. It's brilliant. I never made pastry before because it never came out well, so this is a great development!
