How do you store all you personal admin?

I've had a bit declutter, But I'm left with various plastic folders of documents, all piled on top of each other in two ikea 'drona' boxes.

But I feel there must be a better way of storing it, so I don't have to riffle though the boxes each time I need to find one of the kids' red books or a recent utility bill.

What works for other people?

What do you mean 'admin'? I hardly get any paperwork now as everything done online automatically bills wise

Apart from our bank statements we are receiving very little now.
What we do have, we normally use a filling box and have one section for different subjects (eg bank statements, pension, insurance etc...) but tbh if they are things you need to keep but hardly use (eg insurance details) then the system you have looks great to me!
