Liquid chalk on curtains and window frames

My dd has put liquid chalk window marker pen (says alcohol based) in our light blue cotton curtains and the paint around the window frames is also stained - does anybody have any recommendations to try and get the stains out? Trying to sell up so would like to avoid new curtains and repainting if we can
