I'd like to get a kenwood Kmix hand mixer (my mum has one and I love it) but have seen that they have another cheaper model for £20 in John Lewis - plasticky and not as heavy but wondering if there is a real difference apart from speed? One I want http://www.johnlewis.com/kenwood-kmix-hand-mixer/p230855934?sku=230855934&kpid=230855934&skenid=2134b4b9-a339-42ee-8613-8efe5deba660&ss_kwcid=402x353392&tmad=c&tmcampid=73Cheaper one http://www.johnlewis.com/kenwood-hm520-hand-mixer-white/p1609102?sku=233692337&kpid=233692337&skenid=2134b4b9-a339-42ee-8613-8efe5deba660&ss_kwcid=402x350446&tmad=c&tmcampid=73
The difference is 2 speed settings and 70 watts. The more expensive one has 350W and 5 speed settings. The less expensive one has 280W and 3 speed settings.
