Miele cat & dog vacuum - which model d'you recommend?

Hi everyone,

My latest dyson has expired in a puff of dust & dog hair so am thinking about going for a miele instead as that seems highly recommended on MN. But am not sure whether to go for the C2 or the C3. Is it worth paying more for the C3 or are there lots of happy C2 users out there? Any thoughts welcome!

My, this is the kind of Friday night dilemma I dreamed of when I was a youngster!

Thanks :)

The C3, definitely. It has the biggest bags and the tools store properly under a flap on the body of the vac. The smaller models tools clip onto the handle and fall off a lot.

I'd also say the C3, which is definitely the best vacuum I've ever owned.

Yep, C3.

If it were legal I'd marry mine.

I'm going to throw a spanner in the works here. We thought we wanted a Miele, but when we actually looked at them we went for a Sebo and think it's great.

The guarantee was better and apparently they're more reliable. Their standard machine is as good as the Miele cat and dog (apparently). Comes with the two heads as standard.
