Weekly routine military precision

I have a wonderful thread running with some amazing ladies helping me to declutter and I cannot thank them enough. I am making progress but I worry I will revert to my old ways.

I need tips from those of you out there who are on your own, or who are on your own for a lot of the time with quite a large number of DCs; I need a housekeeping timetable, a plan, meal plan, domestic routine with chores for the DCs (my eldest is 10, my youngest is 5). I need to make life less chaotic.

Please help.
