Try spraying hair spray on the biro and then wipe off. I had this before with a brown leather settee and it worked. Just a suggestion.

Hairspray is the way to go - spray and wipe! Make sure you use a white cloth though

Nail varnish remover? The one with acetone in it.

Methalayted spirit (meths) certainly removes biro from clothes with no problems. I would try a drop in an inconspicuous place first, though.

Them magic eraser sponges can get biro off any surface. They cost £1 for a pack of two.

my little darling drew all over white pvc door in biro. nothing was bringing it off. I had to tip blewch directly on it so it drippeddown over it and then scrubbed like fuck with the green side of the washing up spinge. it brought it off. tipping bleach directly onto sponge and wiping did fuck all though.

Nail varnish didnt work. I will pop out later and buy one of those magic eraser sponges. Then i will buy a pen pot and put all the pens out of reach. That will teach me. Apparently i wasnt quick enough in getting her paper was her response when asked why. She is now barred from sitting on the bar stools for a week - she loves having breakfast there.

Sunlight helped us when DD got creative on a similar surface! Took a while though you could use it for any last traces.

Salt water should do the trick. Gets biro off most things.

Purfume, eau de toilette etc will do it, as if by magic.
