Just wondered if anyone had used thus with any success? Our old leather sofa is cleaned with leather cleaning balm regularly but even so a combination of central heating and cats (and age) have left it a bit battered - at the edge of the seats the colour is gone in several places. It's still comfy and practice so I'd rather restore than replace if I can and save our cash for the overdue bathroom refit so I've been looking at options. Online you can buy kits of leather dye or colour-restoring balm - which look to me like shoe cream. I would have thought the balm would blend better than dye but I'm a bit dubious about the colour coming off on clothes. Has anyone tried these and can you recommend or warn me off?
