Where do you store wrapping paper/cards etc?

They were in a drawer under a bed but we are changing our beds and no longer have divans. And there is nowhere else obvious to me as we don't really have any other furniture with wide enough drawers for wrapping paper.

Where and how do you store this kind of thing?

I have a chest as a bedside table in a spare room and they are in there

Keep mine in gap in landing between doorframe and radiator its wasted space.

Top of wardrobe? Under sofa?
You could just cut them in metre strips like folded sheets you buy long as cut and fold neatly should look decent enough.

I have a large store cupboard at the end of my hallways (flat with central corridor) and I use these:

Have 2 stuck to the walls and they each hold 8 ish rolls of paper.
hope link is clicky, am on mobile and not very technical

Shall add that prior to those holders going in the cupboard they were in a gap between wardrobes. Really neat and contained way of storing them

Cards are in first drawer of bureau. Wrapping paper plus sellotape, scissors, bows, tags, etc, is in a large old, used gift bag in the bottom of my long hanging wardrobe bit. M&S had their luxury Xmas wrapping, 3.5 metres reduced to 39p this week. My box has four rolls in it and two packs of bows and ribbons. Grin

I have a drawer in a bureau.

But the answer to this predicament is to replace wrapping paper with tissue paper.

You are welcome Smile

I keep rolls of wrapping paper standing up in a pair of Wellington boots in my bedroom. Just to clarify, the wellies are as yet unworn and cleanGrin

I made a large sack. It has pockets for tape scissors and tags - it has a handle to hang in the wardrobe - best thing ever!!

I might get another for the birthday stuff. Big enough for the cards too...

I've got one of those Really Useful boxes and it lives on top of a wardrobe.

Cards go in a draw and stamps in the filofax with the addresses.

Rolls of wrapping paper are stored standing up in an old kitchen utensil pot under the stairs (prefer the welly boot idea though!).

I have one of those Really Useful boxes as well, and the link helpfully reminds me that I bought it on 29 December 2011. It lives on top of the Expedit in the spare room.

I store rolled wrapping paper in a 'flower holder' bag - the sort you get at M&S to carry bunches of flowers. Hang from a hook in a coat cupboard. Same cupboard has a plastic 4 drawer stack with one for cards and folded wrapping paper, one for tape, staples etc, one for pens, pencils, rulers etc, and finally one for spare lightbulbs and batteries.

That Really Useful box looks good. I have cards etc in a large box upstairs but rolls of wrapping paper tend to drift around as long as they're not in a place to become damp. One of those boxes would be ideal from the look of them - decently long.

Wrapping paper hangs in a clear suit cover bag behind door in spare room.
Cards go in a Bright side mildly obsessive card organiser (I shop once a year for cards, plus have a few generic thank you cards on hand)
Christmas cards are in a shoe box with Christmas stuff. I just use brown wrapping paper (that we stamp ourselves) for Christmas gifts so it's stored with other paper in spare room. Santa themed stuff for secret Santa gifts go in with decorations

We hold ours in a giant pot on the ground. It actually looks like a bouquet of weird but pretty flowers :D
