Stop the fluff!

My washer dryer has taken to depositing a layer of fluff/lint on everything and taking 5 hours to tumble dry. I looked online for how to change the lint filter as had read this can cause these problems but it seems there isn't a way to do this on the Hotpoint Aquarius. I am very confused, does anyone have any advice?

Do you have the manual? If so follow the care and maintenance tips and have a look at the troubleshooting section. If you don't have the manual, find it online.

Failing that, try contacting Hotpoint via social media.
