Belling fridge shelves - help!

Having a fair old bit of bother with the shelves in my Belling fridge/freezer, have been trying for nearly 15 minutes to fit one after taking it out to clean it - anyone have the same problem?

Have you sorted them out yet? Last time someone asked a similar question they realised they were trying to put them in the wrong way round.
