Cleaning fabric roller blinds

I just noticed the roller blinds in our kitchen are really grotty looking. They do get hoovered from time to time with the brush attachment but I'm guessing the greasy grot from cooking build up and they'll need a proper clean. I'm thinking detergent in a bath as I do for shower curtains - bit worried they'll shrink though (they're stiff linen look fabric but not real linen, in hindsight not a great choice for a kitchen but the pattern was pretty!)

Has anyone risked this and had success/disaster?
