Can't get rid of mouldy smell in fridge

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help with a really irritating issue we've been having. There's a mouldy kind of smell in our fridge that we can't seem to shift at all. We've taken everything out and scrubbed every internal surface with hot water and baking soda. We've checked all the food items and it's not coming from any of them. We also then put a cup of vinegar and a cup of coffee grounds in there to see if they'd absorb it but no change.

I've attached some photos. I took white drip tray you can see in the photo of the back of the fridge (with two screws) and cleaned it out and replaced it. Unfortunately I can't seem to see any other obvious areas where the smell might be coming from. Could anyone possibly advise on what we should try next? Is there maybe another part of the innards of the fridge that we need to get at?

Many thanks!

Have you cleaned all the seals round the door? Also, is there a drain hole in the interior back wall? If so it might need cleaning out - try using a cotton bud. A bowl of bicarb inside the fridge might help too.
