Can anyone reccomend a cheap but good Hoover?

I need a cheap Hoover just to keep in the conservatory, my last cheapo one from sainsburys has finally died.

Can anyone reccomend a good cheap one? Don't really want to spend over £40 ish. Bagged or not I don't mind, small as poss
