Can you help me make a list of what a mega-deep house clean should include?

I've booked a mammoth cleaning session this week in prep for an open day on our house. I'm a bit worried they won't have enough to do! But i am expecting the house to be spotless afterwards. They did suggest writing a list of everything I expected to make sure it was done - help!
Apart from 'general cleaning', what would you expect to be done in a deep clean?
I've got things like, windows cleaned, all paintwork washed, beds changed but am now a bit stuck!

Inside and top of kitchen cupboards. Front door/ patio doors, outside downstairs window sills.
