Help me organise my office.

I am in desperate need of help and advice. My smallish office at work is looking a real mess and I want to give it a bit of a sort out. I like 'pretty' things including stationery etc and want it to look 'together' creating a good impression. I have looked on Pinterest but there are so many things I don't know where to start.

Could some recommend some organisational tips and resources to get me started.

Start by having a decent sized pen/pencil holder and put all of the stationery items in there. That at least is a beginning point...
