Hello, I'm looking for some advice. After just bying an electric ceramic hob, food keeps burning to the bottom of our enamel pans. I want to replace with something better. Any suggestions? I'm thinking about copper bottom pans - any experiences? Are they suitable for ceramic (not induction) hobs?
