Downloadable/printable planner

I'm not massively IT savvy, so am sure it is possible to devise your own spreadsheet, but I'd like a ready to print/download week-at-a-glance planner, that I could fill in with DC activities etc and meal plan and then email to myself/dh and print as necessary. Does anyone have such a thing?

How about using google calendar - then you can both access and amend as necessary?
You'll then also get handy reminders ping up on your phone!

I have got google calender - I just forget the password - is it easy to print a week-to-view?

Yes - just go into 'More' options, click print and then you can choose weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.

You can also colour code it which makes the whole planning thing considerably more exciting :o

If you wanted to be really efficient you could set your meal's to repeat on a three weekly cycle so they would appear pre-filled in advance can't believe I haven't thought of this before
