How do you get blurry blurry blurry pumpkin seeds out of blurry blurry dishwasher arms? I have spent hours and hours of my life with dam thing under the tap trying to swill them out there is a nut in there too. Have submerged arm in sink and tried to wobble thing about and float it out. Have picked at it with needle. Have soaked myself trying to blast the dam blurry things out! Have bashed it at different angles . Why don't they make the arms so they unclip? And how to the blurry blurry things get in there in the first place if they are too big to get out! ?
It's making me so mad! ! Unreasonably so! Blurry Hell!!!
Any suggestions, haven't tried torching it yet! .

you need a trap in the middle. FLoat the seed to one end. Get something to trap the water in the middle. Cardboard, wad of kitchen roll or similar. Tilt slowly. water runs out rather than down the other end, seed gets stopped in dam. Voila.

Probably the last thing you want to hear, but my dishwasher arms do unclip into two open sections

How did pumpkin seeds get in in the first place though, surely you'd scrape or rinse your dishes first?

Oh Hattifattner! (I'm a Fillyjonk and Hemulin fan! ) A trap, yes of course! Right I'm onto it.
What make is your dishwasher RCP? I do scrape and now because of this problem I rinse, but having trained teenagers to actually put stuff in the dishwasher fear I would be asking too much if I suggested rinsing. Mind you seeds and nuts far too healthy so can't be them!

Try using tweezers next time? That's how I deal with the slipperybugger melon seeds!

I did give tweezers a go but found I just pulled little bits off and the main bit fell back in. Isn't it the most disappointing thing when you open your dishwasher and the cups are full of baked on particles! Funny how things like this send you over the edge!
