I dont know what one is. (as a noun) Do you mean a dehumidifier?

Do you mean for food? I saw one in the Lakeland catalogue, I don't think it's something I'd use!

ooh - have never heard of those. Just looked it up now. I can't say its something I'd ever use though.

I had one years ago but only had it because I used to backpack and wild camp a lot and used it to dehydrate food for that purpose. Can't see any use for it now.

I love mine. I use it for fruit, and if you whizz up fruit in the blender then spread it onto the sheets you can make fruit leather/ bars. I also make LOADS of crispy kale, flavoured with garlic and spices. The great thing is that if you keep the temperature lowish and do it overnight it keeps all the nutrients of raw fruit and veg.
