Eek! Anyone know if I can shove the stuff I use down the kitchen simk to try to unblock it?

Failing that, anyone have a good NEFF engineer in the London area?

We had this problem. Try typing it into google, I found a video showing how to fix it somewhere.

We had to take out all the filters in the bottom, bail out the water and 'expose the sump'. Then there was this small fan like thing which span around and as I turned it out came a minute piece of egg shell. Problem solved. HTH.

I seem to remember it happening before. I think I need a Tork/Torque key/screwdriver.

It happened to us, we took it out of the space it was in and tipped it back about 45 degrees.

Then we switched it on and it worked again.

Yup take out all the filter thingys that are removable & give them a good wash.
We had this & it was a cardamon pod stuck in a wee tube.
Worked fine after that, and more careful with plate scraping now!

I pulled everything out, had a ferret about and ran the rinse cycle a couple of times. It now works! Phew. Will be carefully rinsing from now on!
