Probably the wrong Topic... but clearout-related

I had a blitz of various shelves, window ledges, storage boxes and have found that I have about 100 various videos (remember them?) which are of no use to us! About half are kids ones (films and tv shows etc) and the rest are half decent adult ones (action, thriller, old classics).

I hate throwing things away but I remember last time I took things to my local charity shop, they wouldn't take them and I had to drag them around a few before I could get rid of them.

Any ideas? We have been tripping over three bags of the things and are getting close to throwing them in the bin!

Near me the only place that will take videos is a charity for the homeless who take in furniture and provide work renovating it (the Bridge Trust - not sure f national or not). It is then sold very affordably. Apparently many of their clients have video players only and cant afford DVDs, so appreciate the videos. However they must be prerecorded as the charity is not allowed to sell home recorded videos off the tv (due to copyright)
