A bit nervous about this but I have a build up of limescale on my ceramic kitchen sink, what do other people use to remove it safely?

Cheapest malt vinegar you can find.
If the stains are in a vertcal area, soak some kitchen roll in vinegar and just let it stick to the side.
The acid in one eats the alkaline in the other iirc.
Bloody love the stuff!

Thanks I will give it a go, the sink is in really good condition otherwise but have been a bit wary about using "proper" limescale remover on it.

Yeah... nature's acids, so vinegar or lemon.
