Due to an elderly relative having an accident, there is a lot of urine in our bedroom carpet (and I mean night-time concentrated wee - and a lot of it).
We have tried things with bicarbonate of soda and a white vinegar solution but the stench is still horrendous. Would a cleaning company be able to get rid of it? The carpet was brand new three months ago so we really don't want to have to get a new one Any tips gratefully received.
