Gloss Paint on Gore Tex jacket

Anyone know how to remove white gloss paint from DS's brand new, expensive Gore-Tex Jacket? First time on, he's brushed against wet paint that wasn't signposted as such......sigh. Have tried white spirit, but it hasn't made much difference.

I would take it to the dry cleaners and ask them. Tell them you have put white spirit on it in case it reacts with anything they put on it.
