i keep reading that white vinegar is a good odour eater. But how do you use it?

I use it in place of fabric softener in washing machine, but never directly on fabric or in air. Bicarb of soda good on carpets, soft furnishings as an odour eater, but do a test patch first to make sure it comes back out ok (vacuum it)

I apply it neat to the underarms of garments such as shirts. Apply it before they go in the washing machine. It's fine (and more effective even) if you don't wash them immediately.

Could I ask where you buy it? In bulk?

Hi, I put a cup of white vinegar in the washing machine drum and put it on the hottest cycle about once a month to give it a good clean.

I just buy a half litre bottle in the supermarket, cost about £1.

You can bulk buy 5l bottles from all those online soap places like Summer Naturals and Carbolic Soap Co, but if you can get to a chinese supermarket/cash and carry you will get a better deal (same with bicarb).

I mainly use it for fabric softener/odour eater, especially on dry clean only delicates I've done on a cold wool wash.
