We have the children's version, just took the cushions and out shoved it in the washing machine no problems. Don't tumble dry it though.

I can't find any washing instructions on it? It feels linen-y it's not textured... Have you got the faux suede-y ones?
My Mum has one of them in her conservatory I'm pretty sure she's also washed it?

We have the plain cream one and it's been thru the wash. V low temp and no spin tho ! IT's now got a throw on so don't have to do it for a long long time!

Ours was the normal one with a cream cover. I followed the washing instructions.

It ended up pulled out of shape and while we managed to wrestle it back on, the chair had to be relegated to upstairs as it was no longer presentable enough for the living room.

I'm a bit Hmm about Ikea products tbh as I followed the washing instructions on a pair of curtains only to discover they'd shrunk by at least a foot.

I managed to get the cushions out ok, but getting them back in was another story.. I actually had to hack cut bits off them Sad

we have a blue covered one. has been peed on several times, and it never occurred to me that that cover might be dry clean only. Stuck it in the washing machine and shoved the foam back in again after - was fine. A bit crinkly, but I suppose I should have ironed it!

I've washed mine a few times and they have been fine. It's a struggle getting the blasted thing back on though and a bit lumpy at first but a few goes of my fat arse and it's fine again
